First, the power switch. Usually the air shower has four places to cut off the power:

3. The outer box on both sides of the air shower room (the power switch here can prevent the power supply from being cut off in an emergency and effectively improve the personal safety of the staff). When the power indicator light is out, you may wish to re-check the above four air shower power supply.

Second, the air shower fan does not work. When the air shower room does not work, it is time to check whether the emergency switch of the outdoor cabinet of the air shower is cut off. If it is cut off, gently press with your hand and rotate to the right to let go.

Third, the air shower fan reverse or the wind speed of the air shower is very small, please be sure to check whether the 380V three-phase four-wire line is reversed, general air shower manufacturer factory installation will have a special electrician to connect the line; If the line source of the air shower is reversed, the light will cause the air shower fan to not work or reverse, the wind speed of the air shower will decrease, and the heavy will burn the circuit board of the entire air shower; It is recommended that the use of air shower enterprises do not lightly replace the wiring, because the production needs to be determined to move, please consult the air shower manufacturers to solve.

Fourth, the air shower room does not blow, in addition to the above three points, it is necessary to check whether the emergency stop key inside the air shower room box is pressed, such as the emergency stop key is red, the air shower room will not blow; You need to press the emergency stop button again to work properly.

When the air shower room cannot automatically sense the air shower, please check the light sensing system in the lower right corner of the air shower room box to see whether the light sensing device is installed correctly. If the two sides of the light sense are opposite and the light sense is normal, the air shower can be automatically sensed.

When the air shower room is used for a period of time, the wind speed is very low, please check whether the primary and high efficiency filter of the air shower room has too much dust, if so, please replace the filter.
