The structure of a surgical mask should be at least three layers. Melt-blown non-woven process: polymer feeding - melt extrusion - fiber formation - cooling - into a network - reinforcement into cloth. Different production equipment, the process is different.

The purification principle of melt-blown cloth purification workshop (asepsis room) :

Air flow → initial effect air treatment → air conditioning → medium effect air treatment → fan pressurized air supply → purification air supply pipe → high efficiency air supply outlet → clean room → dust (bacteria) away → return air passage → fresh air, initial effect air treatment.
