First, general production area cleaning requirements:

5) A health check once a year, and set up personal health records, after the check, anyone suffering from epidemic disease, recessive epidemic disease, mental illness will be transferred from the post, not engaged in production.


Iii. Plant, equipment and container Requirements:


Workshop, equipment, containers, etc., should be in accordance with the production workshop, process, post production and air cleanliness level requirements of cleaning procedures, including: cleaning methods, procedures, intervals, use of cleaning agents, cleaning methods of cleaning things and storage address.


Four, the general production area process cleaning requirements:


1) Each operation area of the pre-treatment workshop can only handle one kind of Chinese medicinal materials, and the site should be cleared when replacing varieties. Only one prescription medicine can be stored in each operation area of the extraction workshop. When replacing the prescription medicine, the site should be cleared to avoid contamination and mixing.


2) Chinese medicine materials shall be pre-treated according to the rules, and then put into a clean container for the next process. The materials of traditional Chinese medicine used for compound extraction should be prepared according to the amount of one-time feeding, and stored in the regular position of each operation area according to the variety. The materials can be fed only after qualified pre-processing.


3) Clean Chinese medicinal materials shall not be placed on the ground, should be put in drying equipment dry, do not allow open air baking.


4) The outer packaging of the materials should be intact, free from moisture, decay, moth-eaten, rat bites, etc. Before entering the operation room, remove the outer packaging and pile it in the regular position. After the operation is completed, the remaining packaging should be sealed and the materials should be returned in time.


5) Regular cleaning of the electric fan, flue, airway in the production workshop, so that there is no dust, no dirt.


6) Each production workshop, process and post shall establish corresponding cleaning procedures according to the characteristics of varieties and production requirements, and strictly comply with them.


7) Adhere to the equipment clean, no dirt, sewage around, avoid the use of lubricants or coolant pollution, auxiliary materials, centroid.


5. Cleaning requirements for working clothes in the production area:


1) Clean clothes according to the cleaning rules. Work clothes engaged in dust, active substances, toxic and harmful substances operation positions should be separated from cleaning, storage and as symbols.


2) The color of the clothes in the clean area and the general production area is clear and easy to recognize.


3) Work clothes (including shoes and caps) should have a small amount of dust, no fibers, no static electricity, no adhesion particles, no damage, smooth and soft after washing, comfortable and convenient to wear.


Vi. Cleaning requirements of the factory environment:


1) Production area, living area and auxiliary area shall be separated, and toxic and harmful logistics shall be separated.


2) The cleaning equipment in the factory shall be clean and smooth, without blockage and excrement, and shall be cleaned and disinfected by special personnel in time.


3) Vehicles and other articles in the factory shall be placed in the regular area and shall not be piled up in other places.


4) The environment of the plant is clean and orderly, without weeds, stagnant water and mosquito and fly breeding ground, and the air quality conforms to the atmospheric standards stipulated by the national regulations.


5) There is no waste or waste in the production area, and the waste stations outside the plant area must be far away from the production area, with isolation and disinfection methods, and timely cleaning, so as not to pollute the plant environment.


Seven, structural material requirements:


1) The wall and roof materials of the clean room are generally made of 50mm thick polystyrene pod core color steel plate and special aluminum oxide profiles for purification. The door is sealed and purified, and the window is fixed by aluminum alloy glass.


2) The ground adopts epoxy self-leveling or anti-corrosion wear-resistant plastic to clean the floor.


3) The purified ventilation pipe is made of galvanized thin steel plate, and "PEF" flame retardant insulation board is used as insulation.
