The Modular Clean Room evolved with the development of Clean Room technology.

•Since the 1960s, modular technology has focused on some products such as "customized" efficient tuyere, air conditioning box and specific equipment.

•In the 1970s and 1980s, the clean room contractor was responsible for the design, construction and commissioning of the whole clean room and its extension system.

•In the 1990 s, started to develop for general contracting mode, in the meantime, due to the large scale application of clean room technology, many clean room core parts such as efficient tuyere (HEPA Box), fan filter units (head), dry cold tube (DCC), air shower, craft production equipment and critical system such as elevated floor, wall, condole has formed the concept of "modular" and to a wide range of applications.

•Since 2000, the concept of "modularization" has been developing towards a higher level of integration, gradually producing "modularization" industrial application platform products, such as weighing cover module, changing clothes module, core operation room module, etc.

•Around 2016, it will gradually develop into a modular integrated workshop in the bio-pharmaceutical industry.
