Industrial clean room

Industrial clean room is controlled by inanimate particles, and its internal pressure is generally maintained. Suitable for precision industry (such as precision bearings, etc.), electronic industry (such as large-scale integrated circuit, etc.), aerospace industry, electronic product assembly, photographic industry (such as film plate making, etc.), precision instrument and meter production and other industries. There are many kinds of electronic products. Modern electronic products require miniaturization, precision, high purity, high quality and high reliability. Take familiar mobile phones, notebook computers and thin-film transistor LIQUID crystal displays (TFT-LCD) as an example. The integrated circuits and electronic components they use and the production process of their assembly all require to operate under controlled environmental conditions, and the production process of integrated circuits is particularly demanding. The cleanroom, the manufacturing environment for today's 45nm vlsI products, requires controlled particle sizes of 0.02 μ m or less. Different types of products, different production processes, the required air cleanliness level is not the same. Therefore, in the design of clean workshop, the air cleanliness level of clean room should be determined according to the requirements of production process.
