The quality of node treatment in the purification project directly affects the cleaning effect of clean room. If not handled properly, it will lead to dust accumulation, scaling, and even lax airtight, ventilation. Therefore, we should pay more attention to the processing of nodes.

One is the installation of clean ceiling plate:

1) The ceiling plate shall adopt the dark hanging plate seam, and the ceiling plate and the dark hanging beam shall be connected with M5 self-drilling screws to ensure the connection strength.

2) The overall flatness of the ceiling plate is adjusted by the height regulator, and the flatness error is less than 1‰.

3) The diameter of the hanging bars of the ceiling is 10mm, the spacing between the hanging bars is 1~1.2m, and the perpendicularity is less than 5%.

The galvanized dark hanging girder can effectively improve the bearing capacity of the shed, and the cleaning effect is better than that of the transparent T-beam. It is the practice that should be used in high-level clean rooms.

Second, the installation of clean doors and Windows:

High-grade clean rooms require the wall of the shed to reduce the right Angle and fluctuation as far as possible, so the door and window frames should be made invisible and flush with the wall.

Clean doors and Windows according to the size of the drawing requirements, open direction and other requirements fixed door frame, door frame and color steel composite board plane height difference is less than 1mm, the diagonal deviation of the door frame is less than 1.5mm, the deflection deviation of the door frame is less than 1mm, the horizontal deviation of the door frame is less than 1mm, clean window glass and color steel composite board plane height difference is less than 1mm.

After the door is installed, it should be opened flexibly, without card and wipe the door frame, the door gap is 2~3mm uniform, there is no gap between the door and the seal, the door lock is open and active, without loosening and skew.

Three is the installation of clean wall panel:

The gap of the siding should be controlled below 2.5mm to ensure the quality of glue in the future. The corners are intersected vertically, and the vertical deviation of the siding is not more than 1.5‰.

During installation, do not tear off the wall surface protective film, and do not impact or step on the panel.

All purchased accessories and materials should be placed in a clean, dry environment with the enclosure.

The parts and materials purchased should be unpacked and sealed in a clean environment, and their specifications, performance and integrity should be strictly checked. Unqualified or damaged parts are strictly prohibited to use.
