The application of clean dust-free workshop in various industries

1. Microelectronics industry

Microelectronic industry is the industry with high demand for clean room. With the development of large scale and very large scale integrated circuits (LSI, VLS1), the demand for dust control is higher and higher. In the integrated circuit manufacturing process, the greater the integration degree, the finer the graphic size (represented by the line width), the smaller the size of the clean room control particle size is required (usually 1/10 of the line width), and the lower the dust content is required. In addition, the production of liquid crystal, optical fiber and so on in modern industry also has the requirement of cleanliness. Hundred grade dust-free workshop。

2. Medical industry

Pharmaceutical production

China's "Drug Production Management Practice" (also known as GMP) has been implemented throughout the country, the corresponding process and production environment put forward different clean level requirements. Cleanliness standards for the clean area and control area have been established for the preparation of raw materials, the production of powder, injection, tablet, large infusion, filling and other processes. In addition to limiting the size and content of dust particles in the air, there are also clear limits on the number of biological particles (bacteria).

The hospital

Leukemia treatment rooms, burn wards and surgical operating rooms must also adopt air cleaning projects according to specific conditions, so as to prevent bacterial infection in the air and control the treatment environment.

3. Food industry

Aseptic canning is one of the most representative clean technology used in food industry. The aseptic packaging of food (such as flexible packaging of fresh fruit juice, milk, etc.) is much better than the canned food with high temperature sterilization in maintaining the color, aroma, taste and nutrition of food. The so-called aseptic packaging, is to complete the packaging process in a clean environment. In addition to aseptic canning, air cleaning engineering also plays an important role in the brewing and fermentation of food for the cultivation, separation, inoculation and expansion of pure species to prevent bacteria and other pollution and improve the quality of products.

4. Biosafety

In genetic engineering, medicine and pathology, molecular biology, national defense scientific research, etc, often need to be operated in sterile dust-free environment, on the one hand to request specimen from microbial contamination, on the other hand requires the research of materials, such as tumor viruses, high risk of pathogenic bacteria, radioactive substances, such as not spillover, endanger the health of the operator and pollute the environment. For this kind of experimental operation, two levels of isolation are generally required. In the first level, biosafety cabinets are commonly used to isolate staff from dangerous specimens such as pathogens. The second level is to isolate the experimental workspace from the rest of the environment. This kind of laboratory is different from the general clean room, it is in the negative pressure state.

5. Experimental animal feeding

In order to ensure the safety of long-term experiments on medicine and food, as well as the reliability of the results of pathological studies, experimental animals are required to be reared in a clean environment. From the point of view of microorganism control, the feeding and rearing environments of experimental animals used in medical and biological experiments can be divided into three categories: isolation system, semi-isolation system and open system. Animals raised in the first two systems are required to be sterile (including bacteria, viral parasites, etc.), or to be allowed to carry only a few known microorganisms, or not to carry certain pathogenic bacteria, etc.
