From 2000 to 2010, the domestic electronics chip technology increased from 5 inches (0.5μm) and 6 inches (0.5μm) to 8 inches (0.18μm to 0.25μm). At present, some well-known manufacturers' products are up to 12 inches (110nm-90nm-65nm), it can be said that the electronic chip industry has entered the "nano era".

The rapid development of electronic chip technology in China is closely related to related clean workshops. Such workshops must adapt to the development speed of electronic chip technology in order to meet the requirements of continuous process development and progress. Due to the high construction cost and long service time of electronic chip clean workshop, comprehensive preparation should be made in the design and construction to make it have high technical adaptability and flexibility.

Two: complex process and high technology risk

For electronic chip clean workshop, complex process and high technology risk coexist. In the process of product production, if the dust particles are not properly controlled, it will have a bad impact on the yield, and even cause the whole batch of products to be scrapped.

In addition, the higher the cleanliness, the more expensive the construction. For example, class 100 (FS 209) one-way clean room, only the construction cost of interior decoration and air conditioning clean system is 10000 yuan /㎡. Coupled with fire, three waste, power supply and distribution and automatic control system, the construction cost is as high as 25,000 yuan - 30,000 yuan /㎡.

When the construction of the electronic chip clean workshop is completed, it should go through three aspects of acceptance, namely: air acceptance, static acceptance and dynamic acceptance. Only after the completion of acceptance can it be put into daily use. Therefore, it faces great technical risks, as well as the pressure of subsequent operation, maintenance, debugging and testing
