I. Strictly control the number of people entering the clean room of the food factory. The number of operators in the clean room of the food factory shall be jointly determined by the full-time clean room management personnel of the food factory and the person in charge of the enterprise, and shall be strictly controlled once agreed upon; Strictly control the maintenance, testing personnel and other personnel who enter the clean room temporarily, such as visitors, etc. Temporary entrants must go through application and approval procedures and wear entry and exit signs.

Second, the following members are not allowed to enter the clean room of the food factory

1, skin with sunburn, peeling, trauma and inflammation, pruritus;

2, nose discharge is too much;

3, cold, cough, frostbite, eczema and other diseases;

4, too much scalp, hair, rubbing skin, picking nose, scratching head and other bad habits

5, do not wash cosmetics, nail polish and do not wear clean overalls as required; Failing to shave or cut nails in time.

Iii. Regular assessment and training shall be conducted for clean room staff in food factories according to regulations; The temporary personnel shall be supervised and recorded.

4. The staff entering the clean room of the food factory shall not bring in the following items.

1. All kinds of materials, equipment and instruments that are not cleaned in accordance with the provisions;

2, paper (including hard paper and recording paper) and pen (including pencil, pen, ink, eraser, etc.);

3. Personal belongings of staff, such as watches, toiletries, wallets, keys, decorations, food, cigarettes, lighters, matches, etc.

Five, food factory clean room staff notice

1. Personnel entering the clean room of the food factory shall strictly implement the personal purification system, route and procedure, and no one shall change it at will. In the clean room, clothes, hats and shoes must be worn as required;

2, the operation personnel in the clean room work, the action should be light, strictly implement the operation rules, do not allow running and jumping, slapstick, do not make unnecessary action, do not make dust and large action;

3. In order not to disturb the air flow, items should not be placed on the upstream side of the operation area. Production operations should generally be carried out on the upstream side of the clean table or air flow.

4. Items unrelated to production and easy to produce dust are not allowed to be brought into the clean room;

5. Smoking, eating and non-productive activities are strictly prohibited in the clean room of the food factory;

6, in the biological clean room, especially the biosafety laboratory work, after the completion of the operation, first take off the protective clothing, and then immediately wash their hands, shower, wash their face and brush their teeth, and then do other things.
