In recent years, the PCB industry has developed rapidly, and the PCB dust-free workshop project has received more and more attention from enterprises. The engineering of PCB dust-free workshop is an important link of PCB production. Its design and construction quality are directly related to the quality and production efficiency of PCB products. I. Engineering design scheme of PCB dust-free workshop


(1) Air purification system


Air purification system is the most important component of PCB dust-free workshop. Its main function is to filter and purify the air in the workshop and maintain the high purity of the workshop. The design of air purification system should consider the following factors:


1) Air flow: Determine the air flow according to the workshop area, number of personnel, number of equipment and other factors.


2) Filter selection: Select appropriate filters according to workshop requirements, such as initial effect filter, medium effect filter, high efficiency filter, etc.


3) Air supply mode: top supply, side supply, ground supply and other modes can be adopted. The appropriate air supply mode can be selected according to the layout of the workshop and the air flow situation.


4) Air circulation mode: one-way flow, two-way flow, mixed flow and other modes can be used, according to the workshop requirements to choose the appropriate circulation mode.


(2) Clean room design


Clean room design is an important part of the engineering design scheme of PCB dust-free workshop, and its design should meet the following requirements:


1) Wall and ceiling: wall and ceiling should be smooth, smooth, seamless, light color should be used to facilitate health supervision and inspection.


2) Doors and Windows: Doors and Windows of the clean room should be sealed to prevent air inflow and cross pollution. The material of doors and Windows is preferably stainless steel.


3) Selection of ground materials: Ground materials should have the characteristics of anti-static, anti-slip, wear-resistant, easy to clean, etc. Commonly used ground materials include PVC floor, epoxy floor, anti-static floor, etc.

5) Lighting system design: The lighting system should meet the lighting requirements of the workshop, and should consider anti-static, explosion-proof and other factors, commonly used lighting equipment include LED lights, fluorescent lights, etc.


6) Control system design: The control system should be able to achieve air purification, temperature control, humidity control and other functions, commonly used control equipment including PLC controller, temperature and humidity sensor.
