First, the plane planning of purification workshop

Purification workshop usually contains three parts: purification area, quasi-purification area and auxiliary area.

The plane placement of the purification workshop can be done in the following ways:

These methods are called "personal purification" or "human cleansing".

The room in which purifying clothes are replaced in the room for people's net use should be supplied with air, and adhere to positive pressure on the inlet side and other rooms, a little positive pressure on the toilet and shower, while negative pressure should be adhered to for the toilet and shower.

The air conditioning room should be close to the purification workshop with large air supply volume, and strive to have the shortest air duct line. 1. Structural separation method. There are the following:

3. Independent construction method. In addition to the construction of the purification workshop, the machine room is set up alone, but it is very close to the purification workshop. The equipment room should pay attention to vibration isolation and sound insulation. The ground should be waterproof and have drainage methods.

Vibration isolation: vibration prevention should be done in the support and base of the fan, motor, water pump and other vibration sources, and even if necessary, the equipment should be installed on the concrete plate, and then the vibration prevention data should be used to support the plate. The component of the plate should be 2 to 3 times of the total component of the equipment.

Sound insulation: remove the muffler device on the system, large machine room can think about the wall attached with the sound absorption function of the information, to install the sound insulation door, do not open the door on the wall and purification area.

Six, safe dispersion

Because the purification workshop is built with strong airtightness, its safe dispersion has become very important and prominent questions, and it is also closely related to the setting of the purification air conditioning system. In general, the following points should be noted:

1. Each production layer fire protection area or purification area at least 2 safety exit, as long as the area is less than 50 square meters, personnel less than 5 people, can allow only a safety exit.

2. Net imports should not be decentralized exports. With roads often winding, it was difficult to get people outside quickly once the fireworks started.

3. The shower room can not be used as the usual revenue and expenditure channel, because the door is often two interlocks or active, once the fault occurs, very affect the dispersion, so usually in the shower room with bypass door, it is necessary to set this door when the operator is more than 5 people. Normal operators should not go out of the purification workshop blowing shower room but should go through the bypass door.

4. The door of each purification workshop in the purification area, considering the need to maintain the indoor pressure, its opening direction should be toward the room with high pressure, because the door should be pressed by pressure, which is obviously opposite to the need for safety and dispersion. In order to think about the two aspects of ordinary purification and urgent dispersion needs, the door between the regular purification area and the non-purification area, and the door between the purification area and the outdoor door are treated as the safe dispersion door.
