Floor materials

PVC floor:

First, PVC floor type: coil, sheet PVC floor, anti-static (surface resistance 106-109ω PVC floor for choice, a variety of colors, available for choice.

Two, specifications: sheet thickness of 2.0mm thick, 2.5mm thick, 3.0mm thick and other specifications.

Three, features:

1. Xun, scratch resistance, anti aging.

2. Corrosion resistance, acid, alkali, alcohol, oil and other strong resistance.

3. No color, no dust, easy maintenance and cleaning, easy to remove dirt.

4. Fire resistant and moisture-proof.

Epoxy floor:

Type:

1. Thin-coated epoxy resin floor;

2. Solvent-free epoxy self-flow flat;

3. Epoxy resin mortar floor;

4. Waterborne epoxy floor;

5. Epoxy resin anti-static floor;

6.FRP lamination floor;

7.HD special resin floor;

8. Hardened wear-resistant floor.

Note: The above types can be selected according to "base surface condition, performance requirements, financial budget" and other circumstances.

Base surface condition:

According to the structure of the base surface (newly poured concrete surface, terrazzo surface, old hardened wear surface, old epoxy coating layer), powder intensity, whether the first floor has a waterproof layer or not, choose the appropriate floor construction technology type.

Performance requirements:

1. Wear resistance: according to the frequency of floor use, whether there is a vehicle walking, etc.;

2. Pressure resistance: according to the use may bear much weight;

3. Impact resistance: whether heavy objects fall;

4. Corrosion resistance: according to the chemical, solvent type, contact time, concentration to analyze;

5. Color: confirm whether the color is divided into zone lines;

6. Gloss: bright, flat, matte;

7. Other requirements: whether it is anti-static, anti-slip, anti-mildew, anti-heavy corrosion, etc.
