Clean room design requirements and construction principles:

(1) Clean environment is for the production process service, clean room design must meet the environmental requirements of the production process, this is a matter of course. Therefore, in the design of clean room production process for environmental parameters should be realistic, the area, height, temperature, humidity, cleanliness and so on should be high, the low is low, not the higher the better. Under the premise of not affecting the normal operation of the production process, the parameter requirements should be reduced as much as possible, the purification area should be controlled, the scope of high purification level clean area should be reduced, and the area of one-way flow clean area of grade 100 and higher level should be strictly controlled.

Clean room design requirements and construction principles

(2) in the production process when the plane division as much as possible to the same level of clean room together, put the process of high cleanliness requirements set in the upper hand side, the blues, toxic, hazardous, flammable and explosive gas, process equipment, containers, as far as possible in a clean area, if must be placed in clean areas should be airtight measures to reduce dust and exhaust emissions.

Three, clean room construction principles

(1) When the product cleanliness is required to be 100, the laminar flow type is selected; When the product cleanliness is 1000~100000 level, choose turbulence flow type.

(2) Reduce eddy current and avoid bringing pollutants outside the working area into the working area.

(3) In order to prevent dust from flying twice, the airflow speed should not be too large. The return air outlet of the turbulence clean room should not be located at the upper part of the work area. It is advisable to evenly arrange the return air inlet on the floor or under the side wall.

(4) The air flow in the working area should be uniform, and the flow rate must meet the requirements of technology and hygiene; Clean air flow should be as far as possible to the working part of the enclosure, so that pollutants before diffusion will flow to the air inlet.

(5) there should be a certain interval when the working equipment is arranged to create conditions for the layout of the air supply and return outlet and the smooth flow of air: the influence of tall equipment on the air distribution should be considered when the air distribution is designed.

(6) Clean table should not be arranged in laminar flow clean room. When it is arranged in a turbulence clean room, it should be placed on the upwind side of the air flow in the working area to improve the indoor air cleanliness.

(7) When there is a fume hood in the clean room, it should be placed on the downwind side of the airflow in the working area to reduce indoor pollution.
