Clean room cleaning tools in food factories generally use centralized fixed or portable vacuum cleaning equipment to ensure that the pollution of particulate matter can be removed during regular cleaning, and also can effectively and timely remove some pollution that is not suitable for clean room work in food factories. When the centralized fixed vacuum cleaning system is set up, the exhaust fan should be installed outside the clean room. When not in use, the connecting socket in the clean room should be closed, so as not to endanger the pressure difference or air flow in the clean room of the food factory. When setting up portable vacuum cleaner, should set up exhaust filter, its filtering efficiency should be at least the same as clean environment; Attention should be paid to the impact on the air flow in the clean room.


If the food factory clean room does not have the above cleaning conditions, it can also be wiped with mercerized towels, nylon cloth and other fiber materials, usually once or many times a day. Advanced clean room with filtered water wipe, there are special requirements of the place can also meet the requirements of organic solvent wipe. Vacuum cleaning equipment should be used when it is not necessary to wipe the production process of indoor cleaning products.

Generally small area food factory clean room use mobile vacuum cleaner, large area or high-rise clean room use centralized or vacuum system. Requirements for installing centralized or vacuum cleaning systems are as follows.

1. Dust collecting device should be arranged near the load center, and sound and vibration isolation measures should be considered.

2. The location and number of the vacuum outlet in the clean room of the food factory shall be determined according to the radius of the hose (generally 6-12 meters), so that the clean room can be cleaned.

4. The pipe material of the dust removal system should be wear-resistant, air-tight, and have a certain strength, such as seamless steel pipe or hard plastic pipe. The radius of curvature of pipe elbow is 4 ~ 6 times of pipe diameter. The Angle of tee is generally 30°, and the maximum value is not more than 45°. Horizontal pipe should have a certain slope, slope to the riser or dust collector.

In order to prevent the deposition of particles in the clean room, the clean room must be cleaned before or after work. Food factory clean room clean air conditioning system should be cleaned once or twice a year, and special cleaning personnel should be entrusted to carry out, cleaning procedures using cleaning agents should be agreed in advance.
