What are the procedures for clean room engineering acceptance? Clean room project completion acceptance shall be responsible for the design, construction organization, supervision by the construction unit. The function acceptance shall be carried out by the construction unit after the completion of the completion acceptance, and the design and testing shall be carried out by a third party with corresponding testing qualification, with the cooperation of the construction unit. I. Empty acceptance (IQ)

II. Static Acceptance (OQ)

The facility has been built, the production equipment has been installed and is operational, but no production personnel

Test items: whether the clean area division meets the requirements; Determine the parameters of self-cleaning time; Determine the stability of temperature and humidity; Determine the cleanliness level according to the number of particles; Determine the pressure difference; Determine illumination; Determine the noise level; Visually check the airflow and check the ventilation rate.

III. Dynamic Acceptance (PQ)

The facility has been operated in the prescribed condition, with the prescribed personnel present, and in the agreed condition

Test items: Verify clean room division system; Assess the ability to maintain temperature and relative humidity within prescribed limits; Verify differential pressure; Check the completeness of clean room operation documents; Check if the personnel are trained.

The acceptance test items of clean operating room and clean workshop are roughly the same. Clean workshop tends to pay more attention to the number of dust particles, while clean operating room pays more attention to the number of bacteria.
