Two, cleaning requirements

(5) Every floor should be vacuumed. At each shift, the completion of the work should be marked on a map, such as where it ends and where it begins.

Three, clean room cleaning procedures

(1) Change the special anti-static clothes, wear hats and masks, and enter the clean room after dust removal through the air bath vacuum passage.

(2) Prepare cleaning tools and supplies and place them in the specified place before starting the cleaning work.

(3) Pick up the ground garbage from the inside out one by one according to the order of the production line.

(4) Dump and clean the garbage in the garbage cans and garbage boxes on time, and inspect them. After strict classification according to the regulations, they will be transported to the designated garbage room for classification after inspection by the production line manager or security guard.

(5) Use clean paper or dust-free cloth from top to bottom to clean indoor glass, walls, shelves,

(8) Regularly clean the ceiling, air conditioning outlet, ceiling light compartment, and under the elevated floor. The cleaning procedures and materials used must be approved by the factory affairs department, and the procedures shall be carried out according to plan by taking advantage of holidays and work breaks.

(10) After the cleaning work is completed, all cleaning supplies shall be received to the designated cleaning room and stored differently from ordinary tools to avoid cross-contamination. They shall be neatly placed and shall not be placed in the clean room at will.

IV. Matters needing attention

(1) Bleaved hoods, masks, beard hoods, shoe covers and latex gloves must be discarded and never used again.

(2) Staff dress and preparation requirements.

(3) No personal belongings, such as coats, hats, purses, keys, etc.

(4) Employees shall change the clothes and accessories that cause pollution.

(5) Employees shall wear clean room hoods, gloves, rabbit skin clothing and socks. Damaged or contaminated blouses or gowns should be replaced immediately. Dress in accordance with the prescribed dress code.

(6) No ordinary paper pads, notebooks, manuals and tablets are allowed; Ordinary writing pencils, pens, erasers, crayons or chalks are not allowed; Take notes on lint paper, plastic paper and other similar paper, and use ballpoint pen or other non-dust-producing appliances; Blue line marks, specifications or other instructions shall be covered with plastic film, lint or other non-dust producing appliances.
